Comment: Compared to other websites that ship around the world so you can play US games this one is shocking. VERY slow customer sevice, deliveries take forever and they charge you before they ship the item. STAY AWAY!

Comment: Don't listen to the other review, I've purchased off this company for a few years now and have always received quick and informative replies to my emails and always get my orders within 1 to 2 days! There is no other site that offers their service and they do what they do well! (They do charge for 'special orders' up front, which is fine by me as I am happy to pay for it if they get it, they explain why they charge for special orders on their site so if the other person read it he/she wouldn't compain I am sure - they once managed to track me down a game that I thought was impossible to get! Invaluable service in an industry of mediocre shops!)
